Granola with some extra protein packed into it! I actually used AI sports nutrition "no whey" pumpkin vegetable protein in this recipe. In the picture it is on top of a sugar-free strawberry rhubarb compote (made from just rhubarb, strawberries, and 12 packets of splenda :D
Put oats on a cookie sheet. mix protein powder, honey, and cinnamon together. Add water until the mixture has reached a syrupy consistency. Mix liquid with the oats. cook until desired crispyness has been reached. Mix granola every 5 minutes while in oven.
