One LARGE serving of macro-friendly "granola"!
Preheat oven to 350F. Mix all ingredients except puffed kamut, Truvia, and nonstick spray in a mixing bowl. Once mixed, add puffed kamut and make sure it all gets coated. Then do a quick spray with nonstick spray (I use one that is just avocado oil) and mix again. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and spread mixture as best as you can. Try not to have too many clumps so that it will all bake evenly. Sprinkle with a little bit of Truvia and bake for 10-13 min until crispy, but keep an eye on it and make sure it doesn't burn.
