Very soft coconut flour chocolate chip cookies!

Soft Coconut Choco-Cookies

Ingredients:

- 1 ripe large banana
- 1 egg
- 1 tbs almond flour
- 3 tbs coconut flour
- 2 tsp melted coconut oil
-1 tsp baking powder
- 1 to 2 tbs almond milk - don't want the batter to be too runny or too dry
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips or baking chocolate or carob chips

Method:

- preheat oven 360 F
- blend banana, egg, coconut oil
- mix well with rest of the ingredients
- stir in chocolate - bake on parchment paper for 8-10 minutes (until cooked thoroughly)
