² Ingredients

   

q Directions


1 tbs flax meal
3 tbs water
1 tbs Greek yogurt
3 tbs apple sauce
1 scoop whey chocolate protein
1 tbs cocoa powder
1/3 cup oats
2 tbs almond milk

Blend well, let batter sit for 1 minute
Cook on sprayed pan on low-medium heat
Drizzle peanut butter or almond butter on top!
