It's just so fun and easy to toast food in a wrap! So versatile and all the flavors meld and become soo flavorful.

² Ingredients

  •  1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  •  1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  •  1/4 cup Red Kidney Beans (Canned)
  •  1 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Tostitos Medium Salsa
  •  2 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
  •  3/4 serving (serving = 4 oz) Honeysuckle White 99% Fat Free Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tortilla) La Tortilla Factory Smart & Delicious Low Carb High Fiber Large Tortillas
  •  1.5 serving (serving = 1 tsp) Colgin Mesquite Liquid Smoke
   

q Directions

First spray a large pan with nonstick spray and add in your ground turkey, apple cider vinegar, liquid smoke, onion powder, and garlic powder. Cook on a medium heat until the ground turkey is fully cooked. Once done, turn off the heat and add your salsa and red kidney beans. I used pre-steamed beans by Melissa’s Produce because first of all they taste amazing (they add spices before packing) and second of all… they’re super easy since they’re already cooked :D Anyways. Stir the salsa and beans into the ground turkey for a minute. Then place this entire mixture in the center of your tortilla, forming a rectangle shape. Fold two edges of your tortilla in, then fold the other two in to seal the panini. Place this on a panini press that’s been sprayed with nonstick spray; let it cook for 2-3 minutes, or until it is lightly browned. Slice and serve!

I put yellow mustard on mine because. I love mustard. But it’d also be great with more salsa :)
