Easy fish cakes - you can easily sub for any other tinned fish and combine your own preference of spices for a high protein fish cake tailored to you. I like to make these during meal prep with a big batch of rice and veggies so I can just grab enough of each and be ready to go for the day.
Combine all ingredients, and fry on a medium heat for five minutes on each side, until golden.
