Spicy Red Bell Pepper Hummus
Wash and rinse garbanzo beans and pat dry, set aside. On medium high heat in a large skillet sauté garlic and onions in a tablespoon of olive oil until slightly browned and fragrant. Next, pour in the washed garbanzo beans and chopped roasted red bell pepper and continue to cook for 5 minutes. Transfer into a food processor and pulse until smooth. Next, add in the seasonings and pulse a few more times. Check for additional seasoning, if needed. Enjoy!
