Transport to warmer weather and picnics with this fun treat!
-Grease the muffin tin with some of the coconut oil
-Puree the fresh strawberries in the food processor until it becomes a paste
-Mix all the cupcake ingredients (Vanilla protein, baking powder, strawberry puree, egg whites, cup skim milk, coconut oil, baking Truvia) together in a bowl
-Distribute the batter evenly in greased muffin tin
-Cook at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes
-Whip frosting ingredients (Butter, cream cheese, Truvia) with a fork vigorously until smooth
-Top cooled down cupcakes with frosting
