  •  4 tablespoon Nonfat or Fat Free Processed Cream Cheese
  •  0.12 cup Milk (Nonfat)
  •  1/2 cup, halves Strawberries
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 tsp) Kroger Baking Powder
  •  2 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Nutiva Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
  •  3 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Move Over Butter Whipped with Sweet Cream Buttermilk 65% Vegetable Oil Spread
  •  3 serving (serving = 1/2 tsp) Truvia Baking Blend
  •  1.5 serving (serving = 3 tbsp) All Whites 100% Liquid Egg Whites
  •  2.5 serving (serving = 1 scoop) EAS 100% Whey Protein Powder - Vanilla
   

q Directions

-Grease the muffin tin with some of the coconut oil
-Puree the fresh strawberries in the food processor until it becomes a paste
-Mix all the cupcake ingredients (Vanilla protein, baking powder, strawberry puree, egg whites, cup skim milk, coconut oil, baking Truvia) together in a bowl
-Distribute the batter evenly in greased muffin tin
-Cook at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes
-Whip frosting ingredients (Butter, cream cheese, Truvia) with a fork vigorously until smooth
-Top cooled down cupcakes with frosting
