The runny yolk, cheese and Flavor God seasonings make this breakfast. You really have to experience these unique oats for yourself to know how surprisingly satisfying they are.

² Ingredients

  •  2 slice, NFS Extra Lean Deli Sliced Ham
  •  1 large Fried Egg
  •  1 tbsp chopped Scallions or Spring Onions
  •  0.66 cup (8 fl oz) Water
  •  1 serving (serving = 3 tbsp) Egg Beaters 100% Liquid Egg Whites
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/2 cup dry) Bob's Red Mill Organic Whole Grain Extra Thick Rolled Oats
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 wedge) Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss Cheese Wedges
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 oz) Hoffman's Super Sharp Cheddar Cheese

q Directions

-Combine oats and water in a bowl and microwave for 1 minute
-Add egg white heat for 30 seconds and mix ️
-Add cheeses, breaking the Swiss cheese on top and then adding the cheddar slice on top of oats cooking them for 15 seconds ️
-Cook the ham slices in a fry pan on medium heat
-Next cook the egg sunny side up by spraying just the whites of the egg with cooking spray
-Add the fried ham slices and the sunny side up egg and feel free to break the yolk
-Also add Flavor God's Everything Spicy seasoning and cut up scallions
