Ever wanted a cookie pizza but it was too hard to make and too unhealthy? Oh, boy do I have a tasty solution for you.
Directions:
-Heat cookie for 15 seconds in the microwave.
-Place it on a cutting board and roll a rolling pin over the hot cookie (or a drinking glass, make sure it is glass though), roll until the cookie is about 3 cm in depth
-Freeze the dough for 30 minutes (optional)
-Take out of freezer and begin to make the topping
-Cut the berries
-Get a bowl and mix yogurt, Truvia, vanilla and the 10g protein
-Top the cookie crust with the protein frosting and berries
-Cut with a pizza cutter into 6 pieces and enjoy.
