A sweet spin on egg whites - perfect as breakfast prep!

² Ingredients

   

q Directions

Brush muffin tins with melted coconut oil.

Fill each tin with 1 tsp sugar free jam, 1 raspberry, 1 blackberry, 1/2 strawberry sliced, 1/3 cup egg whites, sprinkle cinnamon and 2-3 drops stevia.

Stir with spoon.

Bake at 350 for approx 25-30 minutes, or until eggs are set.
