A very easy chocolate protein loaf made in the microwave with Toffee Nuts N More Peanut Butter.
1/4 cup chocolate whey
1/4 cup oat flour
2 tbsp cacao powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tbsp truvia
1/2 cup liquid egg whites
1/4 cup Toffee Nuts N More PB
1 x 100g pot of apple puree
Mix together the dry ingredients in a bowl, add in the wet and mix until well combined. Pour the mixture into a silicone loaf pan and microwave for around 10 minutes until fully baked.
Meanwhile to make a frosting mix together 1/2 scoop chocolate casein and 1 tsp peanut flour with enough water to make a frosting texture.
Once the loaf has fully cooked, leave to cool before topping with the frosting and slicing up.
