A delicious healthy open face tuna sandwich.

² Ingredients

  •  1 can (6.5 oz), drained Canned Tuna
  •  4 thick/large slice (1/2" thick) Tomatoes
  •  0 serving (serving = 1 cup) Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt
  •  4 serving (serving = 1 slice) Food For Life Baking Company Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted 100% Whole Grain Bread
  •  3 serving (serving = 1 tsp) Gulden's Spicy Brown Mustard
  •  1 avocado, NS as to Florida or California Avocados
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tsp) Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce
   

q Directions

In a medium size bowl scoop out the drained tuna, add in the yogurt, mustard, Sriracha, and salt and pepper. Mix together and check for additional seasonings.
Toast four slices of whole wheat bread until lightly brown. Once browned, place the pieces of toast on a foil lined baking sheet.
Assemble your tuna melt! Start with mashing ¼ of an avocado per slice, next spoon 3 Tablespoons of the tuna mixture. Add on one slice of thick tomato on top and sprinkle with a bit of cheese.
Place into oven and broil for 2 minutes until cheese has melted and slightly browned. Enjoy!
