Grain free moist pancakes packed with protein!

² Ingredients

  •  60 g Blueberries (Unsweetened, Frozen)
  •  1/3 cup Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram) (Mature Seeds, Canned)
  •  0.6 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Gaspari Nutrition MyoFusion - Delicious Vanilla
  •  0.12 serving (serving = 1 1/2 tbsp) Coffee Bean No Sugar Added Vanilla Powder
  •  0.17 serving (serving = 1 cup) Silk Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Original
  •  1.03 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Appel Farms Fat Free Quark
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 packet) Pure Via Stevia
  •  0.17 cup Egg White
  •  0.3 tablespoon Coconut Oil
  •  3 g Psyllium Seed Husks
  •  10 g Walnuts
  •  8 serving (serving = 1/8 tsp) Great Value Baking Powder
   

q Directions

1. Blend with a hand blender:
Cooked & rinsed Chickpeas - 1dl (1/3 cup)
Whey Vanilla - 2 tbsp
Quark - 1 tbsp
Egg White - 0,5dl(1/6 cup)
Psyllium Husk - 1 tsp
SweetLeaf SweetDrops Vanilla Créme or other sweetener - 7 drops(To taste)
Almond Milk Unsweetened - 0,5dl(1/6 cup)
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Vanilla powder - 1/4 tsp
2. Add Blueberries - 0,5dl(1/6 cup) and mix with a spoon.
3. Bake pancakes on both sides in a non-stick pan with coconut oil.
4. Mix with a hand blender:
Quark 0,3% lactose free - 2dl (2/3 cup)
Vanilla powder - 1/4 tsp
Whey Vanilla 1 tbsp
SweetLeaf SweetDrops Vanilla Créme or other sweetener - 5 drops(To taste)
Frozen blueberries - 1dl (1/3 cup)
5. Serve and garnish with walnuts or other nuts.
