Vanilla protein cake- breakfast or dessert!
in a bowl, mix 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1 TBSP coconut flour, 1 egg white, 1/4 cup almond milk, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp vanilla extract. Bake in a sprayed bread tin for 18 minutes at 375. Topping is 1 TBSP natural peanut butter.
