Eggless, dairy free, nut free, healthy banana muffins!
pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine 1/2 cup of almond milk and the flax in a small bowl and let set for about 10 minutes. Mash the bananas in a second bowl and add apple sauce, vanilla, remaining almond milk, and the almond milk+flax mixture. In a third bowl mix the dry ingredients then add the wet. Place batter in muffin tins and bake for 15-20 minutes.
