Vegan-Friendly Burger & Fries!

² Ingredients

   

q Directions

In a Food Processor, Pulse:

2/3 Cup White Beans, Rinsed

Handful of Baby Spinach

1 TB Ground Flaxseed

1 Teaspoon Water

Transfer to a Bowl and mix in a Dash of Black Pepper (and salt if desired)

Pre-Heat oven a 375 degrees

Form patties and place on parchment-lined sheet, lightly sprinkled with cornmeal, flip once so cornmeal is on both sides

Bake for about 25 minutes

Remove when patties are easy to handle

Brown in 1/2 teaspoon Coconut Oil on stove

The Fries…

Cut 1/2 Large Zucchini into sticks

In a bowl, Mix Zucchini with a drop of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and 1/2 teaspoon Almond Flour

Season with 1/4 teaspoon Cumin and Garlic Powder.

Cook in Coconut Oil on Medium-High Heat until browned on both sides

Baking the Burgers first with allow you to easily handle them when browning in oil.
