³ Description

A 100 Calorie Arnold's Sandwich Thin stuffed with a tofu and egg-white omelette, and topped with Picante Salsa and black pepper. Perfect for Breakfast!

² Ingredients

  •  5 dash Black Pepper
  •  3 serving (serving = 3 tbsp) Egg Beaters 100% Liquid Egg Whites
  •  1 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Pace Picante Mild Salsa
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/5 package) Nasoya Extra Firm Tofu
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 roll) Arnold Sandwich Thins 100% Whole Grain
   

q Directions

Toast Sandwich Thin. While it is toasting, add dried and diced tofu into a medium skillet that is heated to a medium heat and sprayed with a non-stick cooking spray. Let the tofu heat up for a minute and then add egg-whites into the pan. Let them cook together for a minute and then scramble them together while they finish cooking.
To compile, use a spatula to put the tofu-egg white scramble on top of the bottom half of the sandwich thin. Top with the Picante Salsa and sprinkle with pepper. Lastly top with the other half of the sandwich thin.
