A delicious and healthy take on a refreshing fruity mousse! Dairy and Sugar Free as well!

Recipe:
-1 cup watermelon
-6 oz tofu
-1 small very ripe banana
-1/4 cup chopped avocado
-juice from 1/2 lime
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-sweetener if desired (banana made it sweet enough for me)
Directions: Blend all ingredients together in blender. Allow to sit in fridge for at least an hour. Enjoy!
Optional: Serve in lime outside shell and place currants on top as "seeds"
