Amazing flavour - perfect for a treat after dinner or anytime! Good plain or layered with nutbutter or cream cheese.
World's best "mugcake":
Ingredients
2 tbsp Coconut Flour
2 tbsp raw cacao powder
½ large banana mashed
1 egg white
¼ cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 pack stevia (depending how sweet you tooth is)
½ tsp baking powder
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Pour 1/2 of batter into a small greased ramekin. Put cream cheese into middle of batter and top with remaining batter. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. (I'm sure you could microwave, but I don't own a microwave so I can't vouch for it.)
