Simple breakfast sandwich

² Ingredients

  •  1 serving (serving = 1 slice) New England Brown Bread
  •  1 large Fried Egg
  •  1/2 cup, pureed Avocados
  •  2 medium slice (1/4" thick) Tomatoes
  •  1 dash Black Pepper
  •  1 dash Sea Salt
   

q Directions

1 slice of new England's brown bread Toasted, 1/2 avocado mashed, mash with potato masher spread with knife on bread add sliced tomato
Grease frying pan with coconut oil, cook egg until done season with sea salt and black pepper
