³ Description

These are a a great way to incorporate multiple fruits and are moist because of the apple! :)

² Ingredients

   

q Directions

Pancakes:
1/2 medium banana
1/2 small red apple
3 tbsp rolled oats
1 scoop chocolate whey
2 egg whites
-Mix in a blender and cook like pancakes over medium heat. Makes 4 mini cakes.

Sauce:
2 oz plain non fat greek yogurt
1/4 banana
1/4 apple
-Blend til you get desired consistency adding milk/water if needed

Fruit topping:
1/4 apple
1/4 banana
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
-Saute all ingredients in a pan over medium heat for 3-4 mins

Top each pancake with sauce then with fruit topping and enjoy!
