Awesome single serving baked oats that can be made into muffins. Make it at night and warm up in the morning
Mash 2 oz ripe banana. Add 1 whole egg. 1 tsp baking powder, cinnamon, 1 tsp peanut butter or 1 tbsp PB2, 1 tbsp almond milk, 1pack truvia, and whisk everyhing together. Now add about 1 tbsp chopped walnuts and 1/2 old fashioned oats. Mix and pour into a small ramekin or baking dish. Baked at 350F for 25 min
