Fudgey, natural, delicious high protein bars.

² Ingredients

   

q Directions

Banana fudge protien bars (vegan, low calorie, high protein, no arteficial sugar).

1/4c bobs red mill 10 grain pancake and waffle mix (OR use another wheat flour and add extra baking soda & powder)
1sc vanilla protein
1T ground flax (ground AFTER measuring) mixed w/ 1/4c room temp water and set asside
heaped 1/4t baking soda and powder
4 packets stevia sweet (equal to 8tsp sweetener. or more if youd like)
1 banana (6in)
1 MEDJOOL date (larger and sofer than regular ones)
cinnamon + pinch salt
1/4c almond milk

sift + mix dry, BLEND milk, cut up medjool and banana. Add flax mix and wet to dry. Spread onto baking sheet thats greased w coconut oil n thin layer of flour. Should be about 5cm thin. Bake at 350 (preheated) 26-30mins. Mine took 27 lol. Take out and let cool completely. Transfer to a plate, cut into 6. Eat. I like mine cold
