Peachy, low calorie, high protein delicious pancakes!
Low calorie, high protein, high fiber. Not the prettiest but soo good. Macros in the comments. Recipe: 2T oats
2T oatbran
1/4t baking powder
1T coconut flour
1/3sc protein
-blend and transfer to bowl-
3T greek yogurt
1 egg white
7 drops stevia
-blend and add to bowl-
Mix everything together. Add 1/3 chopped peach and enough water to thin it out a little (a few TBSP. you want it a liitttllee more runny than usual because after you let it sit a few minutes the coconut flour will absorb the excess moisture). Spread on pan greased with coconut oil and cook just under medium heat.
