A delicious, low calorie baked oatmeal. Great for breakfast or any meal of the day.
Mix together dry ingredients, blend wet (including banana) until smooth. Combine the two, then add the chopped square of chocolate. Bake at just under 350 degrees for 13mins (oven times may vary)

1/4c large flake oats
1T coconut flour
1/2 sc protein powder
about 1/6t baking soda and powder
cinnamon
-MIX-
in blender combine:
1 egg white
2T greek yogurt
splash almond milk (couple tbsp)
stevia
~1/5 a banana -BLEND-
mix wet and try. add 1 square dark choc (i like @lindt 75%)
