Oat Mixture:
1/2c Oats
1/2c Unsweetened Almond Milk
2tsp Chia seeds
2tsp Honey
-Mix and place in fridge to thicken
Progurt:
1/2c Greek Yogurt
1/3 Scoop Vanilla Whey
Cinnamon
-Mix well in bowl.
Layer oats, banana, almonds, cheerios, progurt, banana, almonds and cheerios
