Who needs an Easter basket when you have protein bunny pancakes?

² Ingredients

   

q Directions

1/2 scoop vanilla pea protein (I used Growing Naturals)
1 T coconut flour
1 T peanut flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/3 mashed banana
1 whole egg
1/8 C coconut milk (carton)

Mix together dry ingredients, then add wet.
Cook in appropriate shapes and decorate bunny-style!
