This recipe is as moist and delicious as grandma's, with only a FRACTION of the calories and fat. It's GUILT-FREE, which means you don't have to feel bad when you can't stop eating it... which will happen! This recipe can be made in jars (perfect for gifts!) or in a regular loaf pan!
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Divide batter into 8oz mason jars sprayed with cooking spray, (fill about ¾ full, my batter filled 4 jars) or a loaf pan.
Bake about 15 minutes. (I would keep an eye- they may need more or less time depending on the size of your jars/loaf. They will be done when the top begins to brown and a toothpick comes out clean!)
