Fluffy, chocolate pancakes layered with a raspberry vanilla (protein) filling and a vanilla cake batter filling then topped with raspberries and cacao nibs.
Black Forest birthdays pancakes
Pancakes
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup milk of choice
- 1 egg of choice
- couple tsp sugar of choice
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp baking cocoa
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- splash almond extract
- 2 tbsp oil of choice
Raspberry Filling
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup raspberries
- splash almond milk
Cake batter filling
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- splash almond milk
- splash almond extract
Combine ingredients to make pancakes. Cook your pancakes on your skillet (I use 1/3 cup to portion out the batter). Once all are cooked, set aside and let cool as you prepare your fillings.
Combine fillings in two separate bowls. Layer Inbetween your pancakes. Top off with desired toppings. Devour
