incredibly soft and healthy banana protein cake

² Ingredients

   

q Directions

Recipe:

1/4 cup quinoa flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg white
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 mashed banana

mix all of the above together in a blender. pour into a greased bowl. microwave for 90 seconds

for the "frosting"
combine 1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder with 1 TBSP PB2 and top with the other half the banana

drizzle frosting over cake and ENJOY
