These oat cake pop bites are a fun, tasty treat to make for the kiddos!

q Directions

Butter toffee Chocolate covered banana oat cake pop bites - makes 9 bites

- 1/4 cup oats
- 1 tbsp baking cocoa
- few drops dark chocolate stevia
- 2 tbsp egg
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 banana, sliced

Topping
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 1 spoonful butter toffee pb

Combine ingredients (except banana) and mix well. Layer half of the mixture into the bottom of 9 mini cupcake liners. Push a banana slice into the middle of each liner then cover with the rest of your batter. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes. Pop in the freezer for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile combine yogurt and pb and mix well. Dip your pops into this mixture and freeze until solidified.
