2 Large Egg Whites
1 teaspoon Coconut Flour
1 teaspoon Ground FlaxSeed
2 TB Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/2 TB Maple Syrup
1/4 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
3/4 Cup Baked Butternut Squash, mashed
Pour into lightly greased muffin molds
Bake on 400 for about 20 minutes
