² Ingredients

  •  45 g Banana
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 cup) Silk Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Vanilla
  •  0.333 serving (serving = 1 cup) Wyman's Fresh Frozen Triple Berry Blend
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Oatmeal
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Walden Farms Calorie Free Blueberry Syrup
  •  1 serving (serving = 3 tbsp) All Whites 100% Liquid Egg Whites
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 level scoop) Cellucor Cor-Performance Whey Cor-Fetti Cake Batter
   

q Directions

1 - Grind your oats and protein together until they reach a powder

2 - Continue with grinder and ddd in egg white, almond milk and a little berry juice from your frozen berries (if you want the waffle to come out pink!)

3 - Spray your waffle maker with cooking spray and pour in batter

4 - Cook, top with banana and warmed up frozen berries and drizzle with your blueberry syrup!
