Breakfast this morning was my favorite way of eating oatmeal: carrot cake oatmeal with cottage cheese-cream and walnuts.

q Directions

Cook oats, carrot, milk, cinnamon, vanilla extract, salt in a pot on medium heat and stir until you get desired consistency. Add protein powder at the end.

Mix cottage cheese, sweetener, vanilla extract in a blender until you get a smooth consistency. Top on oatmeal mix and then top with shredded carrots and walnuts
