Post cardio breakfast was a BIG bowl of chocolate protein oatmeal with warm raspberries and a splash of coconut milk

q Directions

1. Put everything except protein powder in a pot. Cook for 4-5 minutes and then add the protein powder.

2. Put frozen raspberries in a bowl and heat in the microwave for 1 minute. Put on the oatmeal and drizzle with a little coconut milk.

3. Enjoy!
