Just delicious homemade protein bars we all can afford!
Mix all ingredients except the cashews and water. Then add a bit of water at a time until you achieve a dough like manageable consistency. Then add your cashews and mix once more. Then take your dough and form 5 medium sized bars and refrigerate for 1 hour and your will be done.
