³ Description

What do you do when the local bakery is closed and you want a sandwich? Obviously you could go without or you could Make your own bread 🙌 that's gluten free at that!

² Ingredients

  •  1 medium Egg
  •  1/4 tbsp Cumin
  •  1/4 cup Cauliflower
  •  0.125 cup (8 fl oz) Water
  •  1/2 tsp Baking Powder (Sodium Aluminum Sulfate, Double Acting)
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Nutiva Coconut Flour
   

q Directions

Mix 1 heaping tbsp coconut flour, 1 egg , 1/2 tsp baking powder, dash of cumin, 1/4 cup steamed and cooled riced cauliflower and enough water for a batter consistency (1-2 tbsp).
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Divide batter into two even circles on parchment paper and bake for 10-12 mins! Take out , let cool and top with whatever you'd like! I stuffed mine with whatever I could find that I was craving--- beets, lettuce, a wedge of laughing cow cheese, tomato, and slices of chicken!
