² Ingredients

  •  1 serving (serving = 1 slice) Arnold 100% Natural Whole Wheat Bread
  •  1 cup, flowerets Cooked Cauliflower (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking)
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 8 oz) Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
  •  3 serving (serving = 5 olives) Trader Joe's Greek Kalamata Olives
  •  1/2 cup Parsley
   

q Directions

Here is another fantastic recipe: mash cold steamed cauliflower using a fork. Add some chopped parsley, jalapeneos, raw zucchini, kalamata olives, garlic powder, curry powder and greek yogurt to mix everything together. Put some spinach on the toaste bread, top with the veggie mix and decorate with extra olives and sprinkle with just a little parmesan. Amazing taste.
