³ Description

Great healthy meal that can be enjoyed by everyone! Gluten-free pizza that is low in calories.

² Ingredients

  •  1 cup, hearts Cooked Vegetables (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking)
  •  1 dash Black Pepper
  •  1 dash Salt
  •  1 large Egg
  •  1/2 cup, shredded Nonfat or Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese
  •  1 head, large (6-7" dia) Cauliflower
  •  1 cup Tomato Sauce
  •  1 tsp Minced Garlic

q Directions

Oil a pizza sheet very good, Leave aside. Preheat oven to 400ºF.

Grate a head of cauliflower in a blender until fine. Get a skillet and cook the cauliflower on medium heat until water is drained from the cauliflower. You can microwave the cauliflower for 7-8 minutes as another alternative.

In a bowl - Add 1/2 cup of fat free shredded mozzarella cheese, 1 large egg, salt, pepper, 1 minced garlic, any other season you feel needed. Mix ingredients together.

Large bowl - Add the cauliflower and mixed ingredients together until cheese is melted to form a doe.

Spread the cauliflower doe on a pizza tray to form a pizza. Bake under the oven until edges are lightly brown. Add necessary toppings & tomato sauce to the pizza. ( Make sure not to overload in toppings as it will be to heavy) Put back in oven and broil for 3-5 minutes. Let it sit for 2 minutes and enjoy!
