³ Description

Great and healthy lunch or dinner meal. Filled with lots of nutrition. Great meal to have after a workout!

² Ingredients

  •  1 cup, dry, yields White Rice
  •  1 tablespoon Salsa
  •  3 oz Cooked Vegetables (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking)
  •  2 large Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked)
  •  1 dash Black Pepper
  •  1 dash Salt
  •  1 serving (serving = 4 oz) Albertsons Extra Lean Ground Beef (4% Fat)
   

q Directions

Boil rice until cooked - Leave aside

Grab a pan and add coconut oil on medium to high heat. Add extra lean ground beef, cook until no more red shown then add scrambled eggs in and cook until almost done. Add fresh mixed vegetables of your choice, cook for couple minutes then add the cooked rice. lower heat to simmer, cover with lid for 2-3 minutes, stir food a couple times. Serve on a plate or bowl. Season to your liking throughout the cooking stages. Add any other alternatives when plating. I added salsa and hot peppers.
