Easy to make, filling and packed with all sorts of good stuff!
Add drained and rinsed chickpeas to bowl with minced red pepper. Add kale, parsley, garlic and onion to food processor and pulse only until it's a fine chop. Mix that into the bowl with chickpeas and red pepper. Dress with fresh lemon juice, salt and pepper.
