Everyone loves bacon, so why not add another delicious combo of chocolate and peanut butter to make these pancakes a go-to breakfast any day of the week! The moist chocolate peanut butter pancakes pair perfectly with the turkey bacon, fried egg, and banana stacked on top. This may look naughty but it's perfectly clean, and not to mention fantastic!
Blend all ingredients together except whole egg, banana, and turkey bacon in a blender(so the cottage cheese gets smooth) and cook on a griddle/skillet over low heat. After cooking, spread each piece with PB2, then layer and top with 1 piece of turkey bacon, 1 sliced banana, a dippy egg, and walden farms syrup!
