Easy & delicious chocolate protein crepes.

² Ingredients

  •  1 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Trader Joe's Pomegranate Seeds
  •  1/3 serving (serving = 3 squares) Lindt 70% Cacao Extra Fine Squares
  •  1.5 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Kaizen 100% Whey Isolate
  •  0.1 serving (serving = 1 cup) Silk Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Original
  •  0.66 serving (serving = 1 cup) Dannon Oikos Greek Nonfat Yogurt - Plain
  •  2.85 serving (serving = 3 tbsp) All Whites 100% Liquid Egg Whites

Chocolate Protein Crepes

1 Scoop chocolate whey
4 egg whites
1Tbsp almond milk

Whisk all ingredients together until no lumps remain. Preheat pan over
medium heat and grease with a little coconut oil. Using almost 1/4 of a cup pour into pan and tilt pan so batter goes to edges, cook just until sides curl and flip, remove after 5-10 seconds. Repeat with remaining batter.
Yield 4 crepes.

Filling
0% Plain greek yogurt
Chocolate whey protein
Pomegranate arils

Dark chocolate drizzle is 1 square of Lindt 70% cacao melted and mixed with pure coconut milk to get drizzle consistency.

Combine protein and greek yogurt until smooth (I used about 2/3 cup yogurt and 1/2 scoop protein + cinnamon). Spoon onto crepes and sprinkle with pomegranate, fold and stick with toothpick. Place on plate and drizzle with chocolate, more pom and more chopped chocolate.
