Chocolate Protein Crepes with Berry Ice Cream. Perfect for a clean breakfast, post workout snack or just as a healthy, nutritious dessert!
For the Crepes:
Mix everything together apart from the berries, yogurt and stevia (I used a hand blender for this) until you have a smooth batter.
Melt a little bit of coconut oil in a frying pan, then pour in the batter.
Cook over a medium/high heat for a few minutes on each side, and that’s it!
For the Berry Ice Cream:
Using a hand blender or a food processor, blend the frozen berries, yogurt and stevia
