If you like peanut butter as much as I do then you will absolutely die over the delicious flavors of peanut butter, cashews, cinnamon and raisins! Use this on sandwiches, apples or just with a spoon!
Preheat oven to 300F.
Put 1 cup cashews and 1 cup peanuts on a tray in the oven for about 5 minutes until they become fragrant.
Once done put cashews, peanuts, and 1/8 cup unsweetened almond milk into the food processor and blend until it takes on a creamy consistency. This may take a while. Make sure to stop the food processor and scrape down sides every once in a while.
Once it becomes creamy add in 1 tsp cinnamon and blend.
Remove from blender and hand mix in 1/2 cup raisins. Use on sandwiches, apples or with a spoon!
