q Directions

- 2 scoops cinnamon whey protein
- 3 ripe bananas blended or mashed
- 2 tbs coconut oil or peanut butter
- 4 eggs
- 1.5 cups almond meal/flour
- 2 tbs apple sauce
- 1 tsp baking powder

iMix all ingredients very well together - pour into greased muffin tin - bake at 350 for 15-20 mins!
