Protein Carrot Cake Waffle with Cream Cheese Frosting
In a blender combine oats, egg, egg white, protein powder, coconut flour, baking soda, vanilla, ginger,cinnamon, stevia, and 3 TBS almond milk. After blended till smooth add carrot shred a pulse for a few seconds until the carrot are only partially blended and some pieces remain. Heat waffle iron and spray with non stick spray. Pour in batter and cook until timers up. Place 2 TBS cream cheese in microwave safe dish and zap for 10 seconds add almond milk until its a "drizzleable" consistency. Remove waffle from iron, top with cream cheese mix, raisins, and SF syrup and enjoy
