A delicious alternative to generic pancakes. Super easy to make and full of flavour!
Direction
Mix wet and dry ingredients separately, and then combine together.
On medium heat, warm up a large frying pan. Add mixture to pan and cook until golden brown, the same way you would scramble eggs.
Top with fruit of choice (the more fruit the better!)
For icing I used plain greek yogurt, stevia and more cinnamon!
You use any natural syrup on top as well (agave nectar)
