Sweet & Sloppy Joe's to fill your favorite sandwich bread!
In a Large Skillet, Brown Lean (99% Fat Free) Ground Turkey til cooked through
Remove from pan
Add in 1/2 TB Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Sauté 1 chopped small shallot for about 2 minutes
Add in:
3 Vine Tomatoes, puréed
3 TB Unsweetened Golden Raisins
2 TB Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Teaspoons Dijon Mustard
About 1/4 Cup Vegetable Broth
1/2 TB Honey
1 Teaspoon Coconut Sugar
Salt & Pepper to taste
Stir on low heat for about 5 minutes
Add in Turkey, cover & let simmer for at least 12-15 minutes. Add more broth if needed.
Sandwich between your favorite “bread†and be sure to let it overflow!
